There they meet action-loving Rainbow Dash, glamorous Rarity, hard-working Applejack, timid Fluttershy, and hyperactive Pinkie Pie. Together they go on adventures ranging from slices of life to fantasy quests full of magic and danger, where they solve various problems relating to relationships and morality and learn about the magic of friendship. The show ended in 2019, with a total of 9 seasons, 222 episodes, spin-off shows and movies, and even a theatrical film in 2017.
